Education

The University of Maryland School of Social Work Office of Continuing Professional Education is authorized by the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland to sponsor social work continuing education programs and maintains full responsibility for this program. We are also approved to offer CE to Licensed Counselors and Psychologists. Clinicians in other states should verify with their licensing Board. Jen Rynbrandt, MA, CMC

With an extensive background in aging services, Jen has served hundreds of clients in need of sound guidance for optimal aging, crisis intervention, care options, and planning for aging and decline. She has worked in four states and served clients across the U.S. with family as far away as London and Saipan. Jen also advocates for disabled younger clients with TBI, DD, and MS.

Jen has a master's degree in Adulthood and Aging with an emphasis in Health Care Administration. She is an Advanced Professional Aging Life Care Manager, a Certified Care Manager (CMC), a working mom of four, and daughter to parents in decline. She also has two very demanding bird dogs and is a decent cook.
