In 2022, the uncontrolled gender pay gap for women is $0.82 for every $1 that men make, which is the same as the previous year. In this workshop, participants will explore basic negotiation and bargaining concepts with a focus on the impact of gender at the negotiation table. During this three-hour workshop you will consider obstacles often faced—or feared—by women in negotiation, explore basic negotiation concepts and tips for success, and practice your bargaining skills with your peers.
