Karina Bashir is an accomplished attorney and thought leader with a specialized focus on the intersection of law, business ethics, and psychedelics. As counsel with Antithesis Law, PC, she provides guidance on a range of core business and regulatory services, including corporate formation, contract review and drafting, regulatory compliance, insurance advice, best practices guidance, dispute resolution, and fractional general counsel services. Her legal practice encompasses emerging issues in the psychedelic arena alongside Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulatory, enforcement, and litigation issues, AML and FCPA compliance and internal investigations, as well as international human rights.

With nearly a decade of experience in human rights, working extensively with refugees and migrant populations in both the United States and the Middle East, Karina has consistently advocated for marginalized communities. As a human rights advocate in psychedelics, Karina is passionate about improving safe and equitable access to psychedelics through developing best practices and enhancing industry accountability and transparency. As a leading voice on regulatory matters and best practices, she advises and collaborates with impactful organizations in the industry to develop and improve business guidelines.
