Randy Green, M.Ed.

Mr. Green has been a Professional Educator of over 20 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Norfolk State University and Master’s Degrees from Cambridge College and Regent University.  After spending the first 14 years of his career with Norfolk Public Schools, Randy relocated to Maryland where he currently works for Prince George's County Public Schools as an Assistant Principal.

During a professional development in 2014, Randy was introduced to Restorative Practices. He immediately realized the impact Restorative Practices could have on teachers, students, and eliminating the school to prison pipeline. Following his passion of being a practitioner of Restorative Practices, Randy became a certified trainer through the International Institute of Restorative Practices and Restorative Strategies LLC.

Randy has trained over 200 educators within Prince George's County Public Schools. He has also presented at conferences including “Restorative Practices and Transformative Justice Conference” at Lehman College and the Circle of Restorative Initiatives for Maryland’s “Maryland Restorative Justice Conference.”  In the spring of 2017 he founded Circle of ImpACT, LLC which provides Restorative Practices training, coaching, and consultation. For the past year and a half Randy has worked as a Restorative Practices consultant with Sage Wellness Group. Randy believes that Restorative Practices will not only change the way we interact with each other, but more importantly it gives us the tools to build a sense of community, repair harm, and restore relationships.
