Jack Mirabella, JD, MSW


Jack Mirabella (they/them) is a Baltimore-based attorney and macro social worker. They specialize in shaping public policy to reduce health and wealth disparities for historically excluded communities. In addition to their day job working for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid’s Office of Minority Health, they also provide pro bono consulting services for Trans Maryland and legal representation for low-income Marylanders. Prior to their current role(s) they spent a number of years working in the nonprofit sector as an advocate for economic justice. They have been teaching financial social work and legislative advocacy courses at the University of Maryland School of Social Work since 2016
