Elisa Medina, LCSW-C, ACC

Elisa Medina is the Career Development Program Manager at the University of Maryland Baltimore. She is a nationally certified professional coach and licensed clinical social worker. Elisa’s career has always been about improving the well-being of those she serves, whether that be individuals and families, or employees and organizations. Previously, she held positions as a supervisor at a local department of social services, as a private practice therapist and as a trainer and coach at the Child Welfare Academy at the School of Social Work. In her current role, she provides confidential coaching to employees and designs and leads the implementation of the career development strategy for the University.
