This second day of a two part workshop explores the strategies and tactics of coaching in the leadership context. Using nationally recognized coaching frameworks, participants will discuss the situations and contexts in which coaching is appropriate and explore tactics for preparing, designing and deploying coaching techniques with individuals and teams.
