In the third part of this three-part series, participants will learn how to map their organizational systems using the Circles of Influence Method. Using what they have learned about leadership theory, teaming, their individual leadership strengths, and systems leadership, participants will analyze their case studies in groups. Finally, participants will create their own individual leadership definition and development plan.
